These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, platform and services provided by BCB Solutions Pte. Ltd. ("BCB Solutions", "we", "us"). By registering for an account or using the Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Network.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion where these Terms are breached.
Participation in any program is subject to the specific terms set by the relevant Advertiser, including commission rates, allowed promotional methods and approval requirements. Advertisers may approve or reject Publishers and may set program-specific rules. BCB Solutions is not a party to the underlying sale between an Advertiser and an end customer.
Commissions accrue on qualifying conversions that are validated and approved in accordance with the applicable program terms. Conversions may be reversed for returns, cancellations, chargebacks or fraud. Payouts are made to Publishers once the applicable minimum threshold is reached, subject to validation periods, verification and any required tax documentation. Fees payable by Advertisers and Agencies are set out in the applicable order form or pricing.
You agree not to engage in conduct that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to the Network, including but not limited to:
We may withhold or reverse commissions and suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or prohibited activity.
The Network relies on tracking technologies to attribute conversions. You agree to implement tracking correctly and to comply with applicable data protection and consent requirements. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Network, including its software, design, trademarks and content, is owned by BCB Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Network for its intended purpose. You retain rights to your own content and grant us the rights necessary to operate the services.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, where required by law, or to protect the Network and its users. On termination, accrued and validated commissions remain payable subject to these Terms; pending or unvalidated amounts may be forfeited where fraud or breach is involved.
The Network is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCB Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid or commissions earned in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Network or by email. Your continued use of the Network after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
